Conflict can come in many forms and for over 20 years, VCRC has helped individuals resolve conflict in a peaceful manner. Using various conflict resolution methods, including mediation, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, team-building, group facilitation, restorative justice and conflict coaching, our staff of conflict resolution professionals and mediators have created positive change for the past 20 years!

At VCRC we help make organizations more successful, inspire at-risk youth to change their paths, and replenish trust in communities and with families. We've worked with Fortune 500 companies, secondary schools, universities, military, and government agencies. VCRC has intervened anywhere conflict has impeded prosperity and growth.

The Virginia Conflict Resolution Center empowers people to resolve conflict effectively, on their own terms, by giving them the skills to succeed and by opening up positive channels of communication. Our services and training programs are available to any individual, community or organization that is looking for a peaceful remedy, a way to mend or build relationships, and personal empowerment.
